  • Q1. How Long Until My Item Is Delivered?
    Standard shipping can take up 3-7 business days to deliver, depending on your location. (This does not include delivery times.) Most of the time, depending on your location, we will be using J&T Express to deliver your parcel to you.

    It is completely safe and secure to shop online at Khai Teoh. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption and a secure payment gateway to ensure that your personal details and credit card information are encrypted to offer complete security and protection. Your credit card details are never stored on our site or accessible during or post purchase.

    Yes we do! We have a studio where you may try-on your desired selection before purchasing in-store or online and it's located in Tropicana Avenue Tower A.   • Q5. For International Shipping, How Long Till My Item Is Delivered?
    We offer express shipping for all international customers, which can take approximately 5-20 business days, depending on location. All orders are sent with a trackable service to ensure your order gets to you safely and promptly.
  • Q6. Can I Change My Order Once It's Placed?
    While we cannot guarantee we can change details of your order once it has been processed, should you need to make any urgent changes to your order, please contact us on live chat or call us on during business hours (10am - 6pm GMT, Monday to Friday). If after business hours, please email and we will assist you as soon as possible.
  • Q7. How Will My Order Be Sent?
    Local orders will be sent via J&T Express to ensure that your order is delivered with the quickest and most reliable method. International orders will be sent via Fedex or UPS depending on location and pricing. All orders will be sent with a trackable service.
  • Q8. If I Placed My Order Today, When Will It Be Sent?
    We will do our absolute best to ensure we dispatch your order in a timely manner; our teams aim to dispatch your order within 2-3 business days, however we do ask for your understanding and patience during busy periods. Once orders are processed, delivery times take place. Should you need your order by a certain time or day, please contact us on live chat, email or call and chat to our friendly customer service team.
  • Q9. I Purchased With A Discount Code, Can I Still Return My Item?
    Yes of course, just because you purchased your Khai Teoh product during a discount period or used a discount code, you are still eligible for an exchange or refund in store credit, as long as your order is within our Return and Exchange policy. Exchanges are eligible to carry over the discount price should you exchange for a different size of the same style. If you prefer to exchange your order for another style or colour or refund your order entirely, unfortunately the discount code will not be carried over/re-issued. As per our exchange and refund policy, any items on sale (markdown) are ineligible for a refund.
  • Q10. What Payment Options Are Available?
    Khai Teoh offers a variety of payment options including, Mastercard & VISA Credit/Debit Card. Khai Teoh e-vouchers and gift cards can also be redeemed at checkout with any remaining balance.
  • Q11. Where Do I Apply My Discount Code?
    If you have a Khai Teoh discount code, once you have made your order simply proceed to checkout and apply this in the discount code section.
  • Q12. I'm Looking For A Product I Can't Find Online?
    We're so sorry you were unable to find what you were looking for. We regularly bring back top selling styles so should your preferred item happen to be sold out online, simply select the size and enter your email address within the appropriate field and click 'Notify Me'. Once the item is back in stock, you will receive an email notification to the email address provided.
  • Q13. What Size Should I Order?
    Unsure of what size to order? All styles are listed in United Kingdom sizes but to be sure please check our size guide here. If a particular style might be smaller or larger in make, this information will be listed in the description and size tab of the product page. If you require further information, please get in touch with our customer service team on live chat during business hours (10am - 6pm GMT, Mon - Fri), or email outside business hours. Please note that this guide is to be used as an approximation only.
  • Q14. Can I Return My Online Order?
    Of course! Purchases that have been made online may be returned or exchanged. We want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your order, so if for any reason your order doesn't fit or is unsuitable we offer the following return & exchange policy. How do I return or exchange? Fill in the form with your details, and make sure you include your order number and the reason for returning or exchanging. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible. Please ensure your item(s) meet our return and exchange policy:

  • Q15. How Long Does My Refund Take?
    We aim to process your return within 48 hours once your return reaches our processing location. Your refund will be issued into store credit, allow it to take up to 24 hours for it to reach your into account.
  • Q16. I've Processed For An Exchange, How Long Will It Take?
    Once we have received your exchange, we will process your request within 48 hours. Once this has been processed, your order will take the usual shipping times depending on your location.
