We want you to be completely satisfied with your Khai Teoh purchase. If for any reason you are not 100% happy with your order, we offer a full refund in store credit or exchange on all full price item(s) on all sale item(s) within 30 days from the original purchase date.

If you have used a discount code or voucher, your order is not eligible for return or exchange. If your item was purchased during a sale period, your item is not eligible for return or exchange.
Please note the below item(s) are not eligible for exchange or refund unless deemed faulty:

- Jewellery
- Hair Accessories
- Item(s) marked WAREHOUSE SALE or FINAL SALE
HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?
Fill in the form with your details, and make sure you include your order number and the reason for returning or exchanging. Our team will get back to you as soon as possible.
Please ensure your item(s) meet our return and exchange policy:
- Item(s) are unworn and in their original condition
- Item(s) are in their original packaging
- Item(s) are within 30 days of purchase
- Item(s) are not from the excluded list above
Please note that your return or exchange can be refused if your item does not meet the listed requirements above.

Processing Times
For exchanges, please allow 1-2 business days for your request to be processed and dispatched. If you are in a hurry for your new item(s), we suggest you to refund and then repurchasing your new item(s).
For refunds, please allow 1-2 business days for processing. Once processed you'll receive your amount in store credit debited into your account.

International Returns
If you are not from Malaysia and would like to return your Khai Teoh order, we are able to accept this however freight is covered by the customer.
